Stellantis launched the MentorWE Program and graduated its first cohort in 2023 in collaboration with the Great Lakes Women’s Business Council, focusing on the growth and development of certified women-owned businesses. This nine-month program began in October 2022 with an initial group of ten women-owned businesses and offered business development modules taught by Stellantis executives and leading female entrepreneurs, with support from the US Small Business Administration. MentorWE represents the next generation of business development, elevating WBE businesses to new levels by combining peer group support, successful WBE and corporate group mentoring, and executive business education and counseling.
