The Stellantis-NBL National Black Supplier Development Program (NBSDP) supports the development of more than 2.9 million Black businesses across the country and internationally, preparing them for future opportunities within the federal government, as well as the public and private sectors. Additionally, the program aims to develop Black automotive suppliers for growth and opportunities within the industry. The program was launched in 2021 as a pilot initiative in partnership with the National Black League (NBL). In 2022, Stellantis graduated its first pilot group and launched its first official cohort. Stellantis graduated its first official NBSDP cohort in 2023.
